Soup with mushrooms and melted cheese is very tasty, tender and cook it quite not difficult.
What is needed for the soup with cream cheese:
- 300 grams of mushrooms – champignons;
- 300 grams of potatoes;
- 200-250 grams of chicken fillet:
- 200 grams of melted soft cheese;
- 150-200 grams of onion;
- 1-2 tablespoons of butter;
- To your taste salt, pepper.
The process of preparation of mushroom soup with melted cheese
Put to cook chicken, pre-Gulf of cold water 1.5 1.7 liters. After boil, cook for 20 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms in thin slices, peeled onions and potatoes – small cubes.
Fillet cooked remove from the pan and also cut into thin slices or small cubes.
Heat the butter in a frying pan, put it in the chopped onion and fry for about 5 minutes, until transparent. Add to the pan the mushrooms, mix well. To fry until the liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In the boiling broth, remaining after cooking fillets, put the potatoes and cook until tender. Then add the sauteed onions and mushrooms, and cook for about five minutes, add the cutting chicken fillet, cheese (diced) and mix. Slightly boil until dissolved cheese soup.
Check for salt and pepper. Serve the soup with mushrooms and melted cheese hot. You can decorate with greenery.
