  • Parsley – 30-40 grams;
  • Sunflower oil – 2-3 tablespoons;
  • To taste – salt.

From this set of products it comes out to about three liters of soup. It takes 45-50 minutes to cook soup.

How to cook mushroom soup with champignons:

Washed fresh mushrooms cut into thin slices, lay in a saucepan, pour water, salt. Cook on low heat for 35-40 minutes under the lid.

Cut in small pieces onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Clear the potatoes, wash and cut into small cubes.

In a pan ready, add the mushrooms cooked rice and potatoes.
Cut in small pieces parsley.
When cooked potatoes and rice, add the parsley and fried onions. Try, if you want to add salt, then add salt.
And boil 5-8 minutes, after closing the lid.
