We need these ingredients:

  • Champignons
  • Shiitake or oyster mushrooms – 400g
  • Potatoes – 400g

  • Butter – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Freshly ground white or black pepper
  • Salt

The process of preparation of mushroom soup puree

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into, pour boiling water and cook until tender. When cooked, remove from the water and crushed.
  2. Mushrooms and onions cut into small cubes, fry in oil, add a small amount of water, boil for some minutes.
  3. In the resulting puree add 1.5-2 glass of broth potatoes, fried mushrooms and onions, cream.
  4. To taste salt and pepper, add bay leaf, if desired a little potato broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and give a little brew.
